I had the worst experience with Levi's they sent me the wrong pair of jeans and when I informed them I received the wrong item they then added the additional fees to my credit card for that wrong item and refused to repay when I returned the item

Hi Erika, my friend bought a new Nissan and it has a few things wrong with it from factory. The Nissan dealership told her that its not covered in the warranty. They said she has to pay to get these issues fixed.

Y’all retail workers be complaining, but like dude it’s not a big deal. And it’s not gonna ruin your life for helping a customer. Like your the one that decide to work at a retail store without know the legal guide lines so deal with it.
