NCAA Football 2005 Rivalry Rewind (Oregon vs. Oregon State)

With their first meeting dating all the way back to 1894, the rivalry between the Oregon Ducks and the Oregon State Beavers is the sixth oldest college football rivalry of all time. Known also as the Oregon Classic, the State Championship Game, and more popularly as the Civil War (before the usage of the latter nickname was discontinued in 2020), this annual matchup between the two teams in the Pac-12 has always been touted to be a very tense encounter. As of November 6, 2023, Oregon leads the all time series against Oregon State 67-49-10.
