NCAA March Madness 2005 Rivalry Rewind (Stanford vs. California)

Referred to as the Big Game in college football, the rivalry between the Stanford Cardinal and the California Golden Bears is perceived as the Big Tip-Off. One of the oldest college rivalries in history, the history dates back to the late 1800s between the two colleges, as then-undergrad student (and the future 31st president of the United States) Herbert Hoover played an integral part in setting up what would be a storied history and rivalry between Stanford and California-Berkeley.
