Hisense A7G 4K QLED - Is it the Best Budget 4k TV 2021 ?

If it's time to UP, UPGRADE. Could the Hisense A7G QLED be the best budget 4K tv 2021...? It supports 4K HDR, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, HDR10...but, how good is it? I spent the last couple of weeks with this TV as the center piece in living room. Here is my full long term review. #Ad

The 50 inch version has VA panel, 55 and 65 versions have IPS panel. So if you want better black buy the 50, if you want better angles buy the 55/65 version

I finally went and bought this TV and I am very surprised of how good it is. Picture quality, black levels, no blooming, fantastic uniformity and a unbelievable upscaling. Honestly, this is a good buy and the winner for bang for buck.

Thank you for a fab review. Just like I love Huawei for basically giving the common folk beautiful, well-build and premium looking wristware, I think Hisense does the same (roughly) with their TVs. You get something nice, but in an affordable price range.

I never trust a reviewer who has nothing bad to say. Smells too much like a sponsor. Honestly, all products have at least one negative point and to people looking for reviews, they can be even more important then all the good points.

Great review, the TV seems quite good and probably one of the less expensive featuring QLed. In your opinion which TV you choose between this Hisense AG7 costing 490€ and a Xiaomi P1 55" costing 379€ ? . In terms of image quality the Hisense is much better die to QLed or just a little better? I would appreciate a lot you opinion because I'm into buying one of the two models... Just bought this TV over Christmas. Really pleased with the quality vs price. Stands up really well against LG and Samsung alternatives at a far better price point. What I would say is that, the out of the box settings need to be played with a bit (too bright and the sound isn't right). However, plenty of resources online to get the best calibration settings. Really pleased with this TV!

Oh I paid $ 889 on special from 989.

Finally got a day late.
Opinion .... I don't believe the tuner is as sensitive as the LG it replaced. Would not scan all channels in on first couple of attempts. Had to change antenna cable to wall 3 times.
The panel not suitable for small children . A light touching can temporarily smear imagery
Over bright out of box, play with it until suitable. Narrower viewing angle noticed with skin tones . Move off centre and gets a bit washed out. grips on legs great idea would prefer the antenna socket on back not side or 2 would be good. Easy to use controls.

why no reviewer touches the topic of OS performance? It is one of (if not the) most important indicator of user experience. can someone with experience advise on the performance on this model? I am contemplating on buying one, but I'm wondering if the system has fast response on button press/boot speed/channel switch/output switch/etc. Thanks for any replies!

What is the average lifespan of this tv?

Have the 43inch for a month now, tested it with various 4K disc movies. Not the best picture quality out the box, a lot of settings needed to be turned off. Sharpness, Adaptive Contrast, Ultra Smooth motion, Noise reduction ALL off. Far more natural movement on screen with crisp, accurate picture quality.
