Navy Seals lived on my base at NAS Oceana.
As a matter of fact I knew about Seal Team 6 since 1986.
They work at Dam Neck Annex next door to Little Creek where all the even number Seal Teams work and live.
Dam Neck is owned and controlled by NAS Oceana.
When you know, you know and this brown shoe knows.😊
When I got to NAS Oceana I had to go to NIS for my security clearances.
Today they are known as NCIS, but it’s the same agency, with the added C.
Stickers on our ID Cards back then for gate access to aircraft gates, and clearance for Classified info within our Avionics and mission documentation.

Too bad they did not do a 1v1 F-14B vs F/A-18C! The older Tomcat would have pounded on the new Hornet even embarrassed it! I also wish they kept a couple few for airshow purposes. we have WWII aircraft proudly flying, but no Tomcats :(
