A quick and easy way to learn how to do (Y) Balance,
First we need to do good warmup’s, leg stretching, balancing exercises then we have to try with wall support Y balance.
There is 4 steps which is indicated in the video, follow the steps and learn Y balance.

Y Balance is so important part in gymnastics, during routine on the floor (boy/Girl) and on the balancing beam (Girl) mostly use this balance to take as few seconds rest to complete his/her routine with protection.
Balance hold is depending on the routine finishing time.
