Tip: when doing one handed, use the hand furthest from the ground because it will make you kick further and with more power.

I've been doing Kung fu for years and still can't do an arial, maybe I haven't applied myself as much as I should have to this 1 particular technique. 😅 I love ❤️ this move though and will train with your steps in mind, until I can get it! Thanks for the tips and good reminder that there are levels on levels to this.

yall stop commenting how she said i did it then touches the floor as if you can do a side aerial and even if you can it probably took you while plus everybody's different it might take longer for others. Also she only said i did it cuz she dived into it. She also had her hands off the ground for a second.
