1. It's not a secret.

2. The Sonic movie one makes sense due to being live action. Weird that his feet are human-like but this is likely due to the shape of his shoes and the fact that the footprint was already filmed with the previous design. The color makes sense as his stomach is peach colored fur, similar to a lot of animals having lighter and thinner fur on their bellies and paws. It's likely that, especially with blue arms, his palms and fingertips are also peach. It's also likely then that Shadow's hands and feet are just black.

3. The Adventure art style doesn't mean they don't have toes. It means they don't have visible toes. They're fur-covered, so they're drawn easily and simplistically like say Felix the Cat or Mickey Mouse's feet. It's like Bugs Bunny's feet only implied you don't see the toes individual because of the fur silhouette and art style.

4. I only wrote this much for clarification. Otherwise, I always found this to be a weird topic. lol
