Time to yank that tax exempt status from Scientology.

Per testimony, the first victim reported the crime to Scientology which bans it's members from reporting other members to the police. She waited a year and when she saw no action went to the cops. Scientology officials then threatened to cut her off from all family and friends if she didn't drop the charges (aka blackmail). She has copies if the report she filed with the so-called church and the DA found 2 police reports from the time. In 2017 she found out there were other victims so went back to the police who took 2 or 3 years to investigate before filing charges.

When is the IRS going to yank Scientology’s tax exemption ?!?

One of the victims has already been disowned by her own mother for “bringing disrepute on Scientology.” Only a completely brainwashed follower would choose a cult over their own child.

I remember that scene in the 70s show, where Hyde tells Red that almost all of his family was in jail or dead. We got an IRL crossover.

So Scientology had Danny pay her 400k not to talk about it which she accepted 20 or so years ago. Her report changed from 2004 to now. Odd.

It’s crazy that you can accused of a crime a get life on hearsay but if you falsely accuse someone of a crime that can cost so much there is no penalty at all.

Aaron Smith Levin is a press person reporting on his You Tube channel Growing up in Scientology. It has been great listening to his recaps, he explians some of the scientology language, posistions, and procedures to understand what the Jane Does were up against when they reported to church. He also has been able to spot who is there on behalf of the church to intimate witnesses on the stand. The Balif and Judge are on top of it in this case!

It’s really sad that there is no better way to prosecute these things without re-traumatizing the victim. That is so wrong.
