The 2023 Acura Integra returns one of the brand’s most iconic nameplates to the Acura lineup, bringing a premium driving experience and a sleek liftback design to a new generation of enthusiast drivers. A premium sport compact inspired by the fun-to-drive spirit of previous Integras, the all-new Integra is the new performance gateway to the Acura brand delivering class-leading driving dynamics and engaging performance.
#nextgenintegra
The first generation Integra helped launch the Acura brand in 1986 and continued over four-generations, from 1986-2006, offering premium performance and exceptional value. As the first turbocharged Integra from the factory, the new generation adds further momentum to Acura’s Precision Crafted Performance brand direction. Along with a high-output 1.5-liter VTEC turbo engine and sport-tuned chassis, Integra is the only car in its segment with an available manual transmission for an even more exhilarating driving experience.

Integra also is the only 5-door liftback in its class, offering a large and flexible cargo area and superior rear seat legroom with a sleek coupe-like profile and sporty stance. With design and packaging inspired by previous Integras, including the original that helped launch the Acura brand in 1986, the 2023 Integra features an all-new design.

Sporty and personal, Integra’s distinctive driver-focused interior design creates distinct environments for the driver and passenger. Standard features include a 10.2-inch Acura Precision Cockpit™ digital gauge display, and Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility. A wireless smart phone charger, a head-up display, and a 530-watt 16-speaker ELS STUDIO 3D® premium audio system custom tailored for Integra’s unique listening environment are available.

Importantly, Integra also sets a new benchmark for both active and passive safety technology in the premium compact class with Acura’s stiff Advanced Compatibility Engineering™ (ACE™) body structure, cutting-edge airbag designs and an updated AcuraWatch™ suite of active safety and driver-assistive technologies. Groundbreaking first-in-segment front airbags for the driver and front passenger are designed to reduce the risk of traumatic brain and neck injuries. Rear seat side airbags are standard.

The 2023 Integra is offered in three trim levels: Integra, A-Spec® and A-Spec with Technology Package.

Some proper Michelin tires would do the trick.

Nothing wrong with this car by no means. People just hate on other car reviewers personal take and just want to hate on this car because the market is not speaking to them anymore.

Keep doing your thing man. This car is a worthy buy and when the Integra Type S comes next year, it will make the Integra an even hotter performance buy.

Love love love what I’m seeing. Man definitely can’t afford one but I am for sure planning on test driving one asap!

If they do drop a Type S and it has the base TLX (272hp) engine in it this would be a fantastic car. I really do like the looks of it, but it should have had at min 230hp out the gate. I know putting a ECU tune on it would fix all that, but depends if it has a weak clutch. I had a 10th gen Si and the minimal ECU flash caused clutch slippage.

The new Integra is very nice, I currently have a 2020 Mazda 3 Premium and would definitely consider a new Integra once my current lease is up next year.

Hi Kirk-- thanks for the Integra review! Question: how does Acura's lane centering/adaptive cruise compare with KIA/Hyundai's Highway Driving Assist? Trying to figure out if this would be a solid car for roadtrips. Thanks!

Having owned a ‘19 Si coupe, I found, as is typical with a lot of cars, the mpg gauge over estimated the mpg’s by 2-3 mpg from calculating it manually. I never got more than 32 mpg’s in my car.

Synthetic leather, didn’t we used to call that vinyl? I guess vinyl is now a bad word so we had to replace it with the pc correct “synthetic vinyl”. Nice review and nice car. I wish it had a little more content to distinguish it from the Civic Si. I am not sure it would be worth the extra money over the Civic Si, but I have never driven either one. Thanks Kirk….

This would be very interesting if they made a type R

Nice review as always. My son is curious about what you had for lunch. 😂

Good vid but if it doesn't have all the components one would expect but has components similar to the civic, then why not save the cash and just get the civic? 🤨

Personally I just rather have the Civic SI... & you will find out there's no comparison between all season & summer tires on my 19 Civic SI I had to relearn how to drive the 🚗💨 when I went from summer tires 2 all season tires, they would howl around the corners I almost rear-ended some people & almost lost it in some corners because you lose so much grip when you put all season tires on. I live in Phoenix so it's not a big deal to have summer tires year-round but if you live anywhere else you have to have a couple sets of rim's/tires

A rebadged civic si. It’s an ILX. Yes integra has always been based on a civic not a rebadged civic. The old Integra had it’s own looks, interior, and engine.

The back looks more like hyundai genesis

2.0 liter at the same prices would have made this the bargain of the year with manual available in all trims, with an option for shawd for $3000 mile

AS a TLX, its a good car. As an Integra, POS.

I don't get the point of this car. Save the money and just get a civic hatch and put a slight tune on it for under $500.

Acura has always been a disappointment unfortunately.

This will do better than the NSX and it’s better in production

Is the new Miata the only modern manual car that does not have rev hang? Rev hang kills the feel.
