Can you still do a motion to vacate if you already went to court for the ticket and lost?

I paid the ticket online without consulting a lawyer. And now i realized that i need to get rid the points on my license. I called a lawyer and request for motion of appropriate relief and waiting for the outcome this coming days. Sigh

I have a question so if you could answer this for me . I have a improper lane control accident but it was dismissed in court June to august 2023 no points loss so how do I present that when applying for to company. Second one was accident on my record not court date nothing just was wrote up as accident I knocked over a sign by turning to short with the back of trailer 2021, no points loss there either so how do I handle these two situations. It was in a semi truck and do have all my points does that matter but how do I handle this.

senerio, so i broke collarbone was coming home hospital my driver was pulled over for supposedly speeding but recieved no ticket the pig gave me a ticket for no seat belt. and i have a doctors excuse ! i cant go to court i cannot get dressed even. serious pain and broken bones. so i just paid ticket over internet 130.00 im a disabled veteran i did nothing wrong! i had to pay to avoid a warrant for not showing court was today 10th april. ticket was two sundays ago. officer was highway patrol dick pulled us over rcoming outa hospital he let us get half mile away first. he only gave ticket seat belt for passagenger which is against ohio laws i think its a secondary ticket only. he also screwed up ticket i noticed. he started to fill out ticket to driver said he checked insurance and marked driver on ticket . i was passanger im disabled cant drive. and he didnt check my anything! then he switched ticket to me instead the passager for seat belt. instead of driver speading which he wasnt. can i vacate this nonsense im 50 and have perfect record! now a driving without seat belt! and wasnt driving!
