VERIFY: Is tilapia bad for you?

A post making its rounds on Facebook is saying a lot of bad things about tilapia, but are the claims true?

Boycott the Fish Farm and not the fish. The Fish are a clean eat

I wonder why these "fact checkers" don't mention that farm raised fish of pretty much any type is trash because of what they're fed (food pellets that are typically made of grain, corn, soy and a mixture of seed and fish oils... Just think about that.... Nothing that they're naturally supposed to eat and lots of stuff that's bad, even for human consumption), their living conditions/environment and the fact that the vast majority of farm raised fish are given disconcerting doses of pharmaceuticals such as antibiotics, to combat the negative effects of their diet and environmental conditions?

Would it be a stretch to imagine that, because these legacy news outlets have corporate ties, so do their "fact checkers" and that, just maybe, these fact checkers are only going to construct and support a narrative that is beneficial to corporate interests???
