After checking them all out, I think this is the best in my humble opinion. Here's a few reasons why. 1 he put titles by all the tips which none of the other editors did, and I feel that helped me feel engaged, and drill the tips into my head better than just hearing it. 2 He feels more confidant than the others, and didn't drag the tips more than needed. 3 I liked that he was brave enough to hijack the outro and not stick to the script. He is very natural in front of the camera. Only negative i saw was he kept looking at the screen and not the camera.

He was fun to watch.

Matti, no brainer he's the one, he's funny not awkward and suits your style the most, he's also comfortable in front of the camera. By far the most entertaining edit of all of them!

After checking them all out, I think this is the best in my humble opinion. The edit was clash between Matti and His style, but he did it well. Here are the reasons why Daniel is my pick.
1. He used titles for the tips.
2. He used cinebars in the B-roll sequence, which none of the other editors did.
3. He looks and feels more confident than the others.
4. Color grading the video was the best so far.

The downsides were the music and a little bit the glitch part of the video(personal preference)

I’d hire Daniel. Daniel’s style seemed to fit with yours Matti, and it complimented and elevated the content. The intro was fun, the pacing worked, his tips were valuable, his color grading was solid and his unique take on the edit while really reminding me of your style was not matched in any other candidate at this level. His sound was on point, both with music selections, sound design, removing unwanted background noise and maintaining consistent levels throughout the video. The numbered text for the talking points and the unique intro was awesome! Daniel, well done! I hope you get the job :)

This dude is so comfortable in front of the camera compared to the other submissions. I also give him props for being bold enough to hijack the ending. It is between this guy and john burton. DANIEL-adds charisma and style touch. JOHN-adds more matti like stuff. TOUGH CHOICE but thats just me.

Loved the B-roll and what you did with the outro... Gonna check out the others now...

His use of lighting and editing style is on par with your style of film making, Matti. He needed a windsock on the mic but, that is my only real complaint. I think that Daniel will make the best compliment to your filming process.

I like Jenna's sense of timing on her cuts to the music but, she missed it on the clarity of her own image when she cut herself into the video at the studio and the painted in shadow at the book kiosk (wrong direction and not clearly lined).

To sum it up, Daniel should win the position!
