I was pulling on Acheron’s banner because I wanted the new four star, and getting her would’ve been a bonus. I got her. I heard she was way better with her light cone, so I started pulling on that for shits and giggle because I had pity. I got the lightcone. I started then pulling on Luocha’s banner because I really wanted Gallagher… I got Luocha without a single Gallagher to show for it… I only then realized that there was a four star selection reward in the new event…

I would like to point out that speed should not be prioritised 110 speed should be fine as her burst only gets the points with debuffs

I use pioneer diver, izumo and welt's signature light cone at s2 and she has over 4k and she works very well with my team comp for her
she's honestly one of the best dps I've made ever since jing yuan

been farming fucking izumo ever since it dropped with well over 4k resin spent and my best piece accounting for atk% orb and atk% rope has a CV of fucking 12

meanwhile im getting sigonia pieces with CVs of 35 - 40 oh my days
