I used Gallagher with Acheron and it is surprisingly PERFECT. - Honkai: Star Rail

hi, gallagher is totally plain looking and does not raise suspicion (quoted from the one guy the wrote himeko's death in HI3). I wonder how much arson will he cause just after he says that. Now the video shows how Acheron pairs nicely with Gallagher with his debuff and stuff but Gallagher is pretty solid only if you have eidolons. Otherwise he'd have some glaring issues like no cleanse (cries in bailu), his healing though is no joke, mine with 0 eidolon was doing fine healing wise, just not quite long-lasting enough like luocha can be unless you E4. COMMENT IDEAS SOMETIMES I DO EM AS VID AWOIFDHO:CFW.

I believe that Mihoyo has to lock Gallagher's cleanse behind Eidolons because if it's available in E0, he would be a 5-star character. He has such a simple kit yet works well

You don’t need to heal if enemy dies.

what everyone overlooks with Gallagher is genuinely just his insane break potential.

He's Fire MC powercreep and steals the show for any fire weak stage, since his ability to break actively increases the team's survivability thanks to interrupting enemy attacks.
Work's very synergistically with a Himeko or DoT team, and honestly any team Ruan Mei team he just becomes the best in slot if the enemy is weak to fire.

I was clearing MoC with Fire MC solo sustain easily as long as the enemy is weak to fire. Gallagher is gonna be an irreplacable healer to build for his niche.

He’s turned out so much more useful than I originally thought. His breaking capabilities are pretty cracked too so against fire weak enemies he turns into a pretty badass sustain while being fairly good for Acheron Teams regardless of weakness.

My favorite thing about Gallagher is that his healing isn’t dependent on his max hp or max attack like Loucha or HuoHuo, meaning you are free to stack as much break effect and speed as possible which is amazing imo

Personally, I go for Gepard with the Trend Light Cone with Acheron whenever possible. Since Acheron benefits from debuffs being applied once per "turn", Gepard's aggro leads to him Burning those who attack him, leading to quick Acheron stacking. I tend to use Gallagher for Dr. Ratio teams, where Besotted and his Basic ATK's debuff already count as 2 debuffs for Ratio to capitalize on. Still, I'm looking forward to testing this team out...

As a gallagher E4 and no 5 star sustain owner, he is honestly a BIG boost to sustain and I do no regret the 100 pulls and selector it took to get E4.

my favorite thing about him is his trace that turns him into e2 dhil, it’s so incredibly useful to just be able to jump into a turn at any time and either gain a bonus skill point before your dps’s turn or heal/cleanse someone before they die

Got super unlucky and had to try so hard to get Acheron that I just checked and I had E6 Gallagher
