if i want to give her gnsw/black swan lc (on kafka/swan right now) and don't have any other paid 5* cones, which one should i put on kafka/bs after? or i guess i could give her Welt Lc, but i think that lc is based more on skill

Great vid, but you forgot other light cone options.

She can use sw sig lc, which is her second bis 5* lc. She can use fermata when paired with Sampo or bs.

She can also use BP lc, but that's the last option as it's only decent at s5. The same goes for resolution s5.

But they can be used, and you'll still get great dmg.
