i think quantumania explains the 4 statues. in the post credit scene, there are three kangs talking to each other and they are acting as if they are in charge of all the other kangs. they talk about the kang who betrayed them (the kang in quantumania) being dead and that he’s not their problem anymore and that they can now enter the mcu. i think the kang in ant man was the 4th kang statue that was destroyed after he betrayed them

My theory is each statue represents each kang on the council and that broken one represents the Exiled One. An additional theory is that he was apart of the council

The timekeepers represent each of the Kang variants shown at the end of Quantomania. The statues are those Kang variants and the broken statue is the statue of the conqueror.
