Silly Medic, the first two while being the root of his mid-air jumping ability, it is the stubbing of his toes that kicked them in motion

Well… scout is actually gods gift to earth and as such, he walks on air for short periods of time.

But how did he visit Chernobyl, if TF2 takes place in 60s, and the Chernobyl plant wasn't even built yet

The way I see it in the game in general, Scout looks like he steps on his foot when he double jumps. So he could possibly step on one foot while midair to then jump higher with the other. I don’t think it makes sense the way I say it, but go check it out to see how he really does it.

Scout always had the dormant ability to double jump but it was the stubbing of the toe that awakened his ability.

Since Archimedes is in scouts stomach. Everytime he wants to double -jump Archimedes flys up in his stomach. Propelling scout upward.
