Do THIS for 17 Days and Watch Your Life Change

You ever wonder why some people make it look so easy—why they seem to achieve everything they set their minds to while others struggle to make progress? Is it talent, motivation, or some secret formula? I used to think so, too, until I realized the real difference: Consistency.

Here’s a shocking stat: 92% of people never follow through on their New Year’s resolutions. It’s not because they don’t care—it’s because they haven’t mastered one key thing: sticking with the process. Want to know something wild? If you improved just 1% every day, by the end of the year, you’d be 37 times better than you were before. That’s the power of small, consistent actions.

Today, we’re diving into how to stay disciplined and consistent—especially when motivation fades. We’ve all been there, right? Starting strong, only to lose momentum when things get tough. Maybe you skipped a workout, ignored a task you promised to tackle, or told yourself you’d start again “next week.” But let me tell you this: missing a day isn’t failure—it’s simply a chance to get back on track. Think of it like this: when you trip while running, you don’t quit the race—you keep going. That’s the magic of consistency.

You don’t need to be perfect every day. The secret is focusing on the process, not the outcome. Whether you're trying to improve your mental health, working on self improvement, or building a routine with atomic habits, it’s all about showing up consistently. You don’t have to be a guru; you just have to keep pushing forward, even when you don’t feel like it. And here’s the kicker: success doesn’t happen overnight. It’s about taking small, steady steps over time—whether it's time management, building your monk mode routine, or even cleaning your space.

I’m going to show you how to master consistency, just like the stoics taught. And I'm not using any of the best movie quotes here. Jim Rohn said it best: “Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day.” Stick with me till the end, and I’ll share a bonus tip that makes consistency feel effortless. Trust me, it’s a game-changer. Now, let’s lock in and get to work—because this is your time to transform and disappear from the old you, becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be.

Hii, I'm a 14 year old girl and last year I was at rock bottom. People hated me, I didn't know what to do for highschool or my life AT ALL, I was addicted to screens, I was lazy, unfit, and sooo insecure. One day I was scrolling on YouTube and I found Faye films who suggested productivity. I tried it and at first it was hard, like the world was against me. But the more productive I was, the less I went on the phone and the better I interacted with people. This led to me getting a job across town. In the mornings, afternoons and evenings I would walk to work, giving me an excuse for exercise, I began to eat healthier, I bonded with so many and helped so many just because I was happier. I began to work out every day except karate day, I worked as much as possible, I went to bed early and woke up early. I know that most people will judge early birds these days but we can do it anyway. I now want to be an architect and I dedicate mornings and nights to healthy habits. Hope you liked my story, it was long but that was just a summary. Thank you for reading and good luck, YOU'VE GOT THIS!!! 😊❤🎉

I’m 17 now. Watching this brings back memories of when I was 14 and couldn’t even do a single push-up. I was super lazy back then, spent almost the whole day gaming and doing nothing productive. One day, my dad showed me how to do a push-up — and I couldn’t even do a knee push-up. Even my brother could do like 10.That moment hit me hard. I decided to change. I started training every single day, even though I couldn’t lift myself at all at first. Slowly, it became a habit — I got addicted to improving. After years of grinding, I can now do 50+ push-ups consistently, and even hold a planche — something I never thought I’d be able to do. If it wasn’t for that one day I failed at a single push-up, I wouldn’t be on the path I’m on now. I learned the power of committing to something and showing up every single day. I went from a lazy, game-addicted kid with no direction to someone chasing greatness through calisthenics.
To anyone reading this — just start. Even if you suck. Keep going. You’ll be surprised how far you can come.

I couple years ago I went on a big trip. I decided to learn a new fun skill. I eventually settled on juggling. At every stop along the way, I juggled, at every hotel, I juggled. I would count how many catches in a row I could do. In the beginning, I caught the ball only one or two times until dropping them. I slowly built my way up until I caught, 50, 70, 100 times in a row. Now I can basically juggle until my arms give out. Stay consistent guys.

So here’s my one of little win I wanted to share, just being real for a sec lol! I’m 23F and I used to weigh 443 lbs. Back when I was 20, I was a former high school weightlifter who made it to state. But when COVID hit, everything changed. I stopped being active, spent most days eating and playing video games and my weight just skyrocketed. Everything changed when I saw a photo of me with my Navy brother who had just come home from overseas. In that moment, something clicked. I knew I couldn’t keep living like that. Since then, I’ve been consistent. I started eating the same meals every day, meal prepping, and working out almost every day. Don’t get me wrong 😅 there were days I slipped up, overate, or missed workouts. I even injured both my shoulder. But I never let myself feel defeated. I just kept going, kept trusting the process. And now I’m proud to say I’ve lost almost half my weight. Yesterday, I weighed in at 218.6 lbs. It’s not my goal but I’ve come so far. I’m about to turn 24, and I’ve fallen back in love with the process. I’m not perfect, but I’m healthy, consistent, and still pushing forward.

Whatever you guys want to change, you can ❤️you just gotta stay positive and consistent… make those change that will lead you to where you want to go! You got this guys! 🫡😊

Two weeks ago I realized that I would either be a worthless drunkard or dead in a few years if I continue to live like I did, so I decided to change. I wrote a list of rules that I must never break, and the way I'm sticking to my routine is making me start believing again - believing that I can change.

I once struggling to lose weight. I weighed myself every single day and got stressed out because I don't see results- and the stress always ended up in binge eating. The stress really hurts my body, even menstruation got so painful at those times.

Over time, I started to forget about my 'ideal weight' goals. I begin to learn loving myself the way it is, while of course, still sticking to my simple workout and healthy eating. This time, I just enjoy the process without feeling the need to weigh myself every day. Back then, I used to think "I eat healthy so I can get hot like those vs models" and this is the thing that stressed me out. Why? Because it makes me disappointed when I don't see the result after certain amount of time when I think I should bee seeing it. I changed my mindset to "I eat healthy because I love my body right now, so my stomach can feel comfortable while I'm enjoying my life". When I sometimes eat junk food, instead of keep blaming myself like "You're such a pig! Why did you eat that? Now you could never achieve the body of those models!" I just simply accept it; "You've make yourself happy today with a delicious treat." And continue eating healthy again.

After weeks of enjoying the process, people around me started to notice, "Eh, did you lose weight? And look at you, your skin really glows!" I just smiled. I'm so proud now, not because how my body looks anymore, but because I finally accepted it, and I did my best to love and take care of it. 😊

11:34 I use 3 techniques, the first one is whenever I think of something that I hate or don’t want to do, I go and do it anyway no matter what, 2nd is similar whenever I think of something I need to get done, I just sit there for 5 seconds and go do it, the 3rd and final is where whenever I think of those things and I’m unmotivated or procrastinating, I just pause for a minute and ask myself “what’s the next step?” hope someone finds this helpful bye

In order to stay consistent, I didnt do much to be honest. I just used to see my friends getting full marks on a test or dominate in a sports match. It was enoigh to get me fueled up. Living in a boarding school, I got motivated seeing people who were better than me in my fields. This pushed me to become good at studies, sports and extracurriculars. But now, after I have left my school, I dont feel the same anymore. The drive lacks and mindset has been destroyed by over usage of social media. I want to keep this comment as a reference point in the future, as I have vowed today to rebuild myself and become the best version of myself. This video surely helped!

Best advice i can say to 02:47

If you miss one day to say yourself. "It's okay. I missed this one day, but i will doing it tomorrow/today (if you missed it yesterday.)

I know it sounds simple, almost paradox. But acceptance is a good way to let go. As you said, fighting it or guilt yourself only make it worse
