So the part of the bulb that was meant to go underground didn't go underground, and instead the plantera was just immobile. Before angering it I checked it's root's and none of them had the hooks needed to move around so I think I didn't put enough hallowed powder in the soil, and some of bulb didn't mutate.

I like the idea of the boss being a underground part of the plant, each plantera a different one
