Extracting oil or stealing.. Why not mentioning that Iran gets only 16% & UK and US get 84%

It’s always about the oil with the U.S.

I was born in Iran of US parents (father was a US Army officer). You are ignoring the root causes caused by the British, and the contrast with how the US handled similar circumstances in Saudi Arabia.

As long as there's oil, expect Uncle Sam to be there.

Mohammadreza Pahlavi was the Shah of Iran since 1941. It was the Prime Minister who got removed and replaced on 1953, not the Shah.

so many things wrong here:
Mosaddegh wasn’t a president. He was a prime minister in the constitutional monarchy of Iran. He didn’t get replaced by the Shah. The Shah was the reigning monarch since before Mosaddegh became prime minister. The coup replaced the prime minister with a different one and rolled back some of the powers of the prime minister in favor of the monarchy

Understanding American involvement in the removal of mossadegh helps inform why the American embassy was taken over in 1979 when the shah was deposed, but that doesn't explain why they're is so much modern US political contempt for Iran. To understand that you need to closely examine the Israel lobby and how dramatically it influences US foreign policy broadly, but specifically in the middle east. We've completely outsourced our ME foreign policy to lobbyists of a foreign country...

You have to edit your video. It has a couple of mistakes: "prime minister" not "president", and the shah was not a dictator, he was moving too fast for religious conservative publication, not. The king or shah is also the wrong detail. He was in the power befor mosadeg. But many thanks for the topic. It's a very important part of history.

As an American, I’m always ashamed for what my country stands for around the world.
The aggressor.
Always toppling governments and invading nations.
Very sad indeed.

That's not true.
Mossadegh wasn't a president. He was a prime minister. And the truth is he wanted to overthrew the king.

How is it that in the whole western world nobody knows Iran was constitutional monarchy and people did not directly elected a prime minister. Guess who was the king before Mosadegh? Mohammad Reza Shah? Guess who was king after it? Mohammad Reza Shah. Guess how many time Mosadegh was Iran’s prime minister? Twice
By whose decree? By the shah.

All because US couldn't leave Iran alone

People keep saying that you don’t do enough research and now I agree, this video is either made with too little research or to criticize the western world! Either way, 5 more minutes on Wikipedia can help!

that 'dictator" also nationalised the oil industry and hiked up prices in the 70s crisis, which is why the UK especially tried to end him as well

he also launched the white revolution which included mandatory elementary school, more rights for women, state subsidies for basic needs etc.

1. Oil
2. Revolution
Top 2 reasons why they're enemies (not surprised for the first one)
