Back in highschool we had to learn about how and why Asians tend to look the same to Westerners from an east vs west evolutionary standpoint. The teacher pulled up photos of different Asians to guess what kind of Asian they were based on facial features. Whole class started losing it because I could easily guess with perfect accuracy, even one who was half one and half the other. Eventually I told them I'm mixed, but their brains couldn't handle that I can be naturally blonde and part Japanese all at the same time and I think I broke them all. It was VERY amusing.

I feel the same way when people say that all Hispanics look the same. There is literally so many unique hispanic people. For me it's easy to tell the difference.

I feel the same way with Hispanics not all Hispanics have the same skin! I have skin that's a like darker than the rest of my family that I get from my grandpa and when people asked my race they'd think I'm Indian, Alaskan, Samoans, and even mixed. This soooo relatable!!!! I’m Chinese and when I first got into middle school, people thought I looked like this other girl who I didn’t even know AT ALL. She wasn’t even Chinese like me, but Philippino. She was nice though. People even went to a teacher and then the teachers confirmed that we looked alike. 😑 that’s just one story… 😂
