china is big, there is no one typical Chinese look, north and south Chinese look so different. You can find a lot of Chinese have pale skin, also a lot have smaller eyes. just refers to north and south Europeans.

In my experience, there is definitely a "Japanese look, " a "Korean look, " and more than one "Chinese look." But more commonly there's an "ambiguously Asian look."

Kinda reminds me of Europe. I think there's a lot of English people who have...that English look about them...and then there's the ambiguously white people.

I’m Japanese and I can tell who’s from where to some extent, but it’s more because of certain style and trend of makeup and hairstyle. I cannot tell a Korean person who grew up in Japan because they apply makeup in Japanese style and wearing clothes trending in Japan

I love that the Ghetty images have their names on them, which are dead giveaways, but none of them noticed lol

I'm Japanese, but personally, Chinese have a slightly tanned brownish flesh and a round face. Koreans have white skin, a thin face, and a slightly elongated face. And the Japanese have the image of a Southeast Asian face with an inverted triangular contour, a long, clean nose, and slightly thick lips. And I dye my hair golden or brown.

Northern Chinese often have faces that are wider in the upper part and narrower in the lower part, while Koreans and Southern Chinese often have faces that are wider in the lower and middle part. I don’t know about Japanese Chinese and Mongols often have faces that are square at the forehead and scalp and round at the jaw. Koreans often have faces that are square throughout.
I always thought Chinese had larger faces in comparison to Korean and Japanese people, at least when adjusted for total body size.
Chinese and Mongols often have short, wide faces, while Japanese often have long, narrow faces, with Koreans somewhere in between. Generally, the farther east you go in China, the longer and wider faces you find. The farther west you go, to a certain point, the shorter and wider faces can be found.
Chinese often have coarse facial features, Koreans and Japanese have fine facial features.
Chinese often have smooth/flat/even faces, while Koreans often have rugged faces with sharp jaw angles and prominent cheekbones.
Chinese often have very circular faces, particularly those of central Chinese such as Hunan, Guizhou, eastern Sichuan, Chinqing, and Shaanxi. Diamond-shaped faces can be found in Japanese people.
Any corrections?

Japanese ppl are easy. Just look at the last name. Mostly all Japanese ppl have exotic first & last names with vowels at the end. Meaning either A.E.I.O.U or sometimes the letter N. But if you see that then they are Japanese and Japanese ppl mostly have wider eyes and not slanted as such. Filipinos which my wife is mostly have the Spanish mixed with Asian look because they was once in control by the Spanish colonies and will have some Spanish names as well. Thai ppl are much darker skin and even with their names you can tell with them as well. Their names are usually harder to pronounce. Vietnamese ppl it's the same with their names like Tran, their darkerfeatures etc. So it's not hard to learn the difference looks names wise etc with Asian ppl. Just have to take time to learn about them instead of thinking they all look the same which they definitely do not. Trust me on that!

I am malaysian. I can see the different in each of them. I watch many japanese, korean, chinese drama. So can detect their hairstyle and fashion. Their face almost the same. But yeah.. certain facial structures are widely common in certain country.

You should state the sources from which you got the info "japanese are more... korean are more.. etc." To me it seems like its just random info scoured from blog posts etc.

It used to be easier, but these days, due to rapid cultural fusion and the near-identical lifestyles, it's getting more difficult to tell.

For some reason Japanese people look more Russian than any other East Asian… and Korean and Chinese look more similar.

In my opinion in general Japanese has good nose bridge long n slim and more hairy, face is often oval n longer, korean is squarish face, higher cheek bones and smaller eyes.
Chinese are more round n flat face. Japanese can be Indian looking too or south East Asian look sometimes because of jomon blood. Korean n Japanese have bigger face size making them envy people with small face. Chinese are more varied.

after watching a lot of asian tik tok, i think most normal korean gril have round face... japanese girl look like a doll and a lot of them have the same hair cut. chinese girls are skinnier than korean and japanese. both korean and japanese are more chubby than chinese. i hardly see chinese girl with round face, but i often see korean girl with round face
