My father was a narc. Baby daddy a narc. I dated two more after that. I am completely traumatized and done with dating at 39. I’m so tired. i finally found out i have been abused my entire life. (I thought this was how all men treated women)I have BPD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, insomnia. I prefer to be alone most of the time. I have alot of triggers. I cannot trust anyone. I cut off all contact with everyone and my entire family. I was groomed to accept abuse from a young age. Nobody has ever protected me. Now, i protect myself. So tired of feeling crazy for wanting a normal life. I fought for my life my entire life. I still struggle with not feeling real because of all the gaslighting and manipulation. I watched my own mother kill herself because of all the abuse. This life has been so horrific. Its so hard for me to form relationships even friendships. I literally have one friend. She is married to a narc as well and trying to leave. I have never had a normal and safe relationship with anyone in my life.

When I went through this years ago the Narc had everyone around us fooled into thinking he was this wonderful charming lovable guy so NO ONE had my back or believed me except for my best friend because she had been a witness to his crazy. When I try to let ppl know what he was REALLY like they laughed at me, talked about me, and threw dirt on my name, all while I was fearing for me and my kids life!!! Restraining order didn’t mean shit! I had to cut contact with certain people because they were helping him keep tabs on me. He lost his mind But I found my POWER!! Praise God!! Fast forward to today, I can smell a Narcissist from miles away like how shark can smell blood in the water … 🚫🚪 ✌🏾🏃🏽‍♀️

My dad was a narc. He did what he wanted as he made my mom stay home with intimidation and physical abuse. After mom passed, I said I was glad she no longer her to deal with this mess and he lunged at me. My family grabbed him to hold him back, but I told them to let him go. I was so furious about all of the years of abuse that I was willing to beat him down and he felt it. They let him go and he wouldn't take another step. He decided to cry instead. I realized at that point to only person who would take care of me is me. The 1st thing I did when I met a man was tell him I do not fight, yell, or, argue with a man, but I'll kill you dead for trying to hurt me. I've had great relationships afterwards.

These days you can't invite a man to your house or let them know where you work, anything. It's seriously bad. I move every year and I don't update my address at the post office bc they sell our information & my ex can get a background check on me & figure out my exact address. I'm always ten steps ahead of him but unfortunately, I have to live like this until he dies or go to jail. Looking over my shoulder never really goes away. So be careful out there dating. It can happen to any of us.

I had a friend who was a severe narcissist. I QUICKLY learned she was never my friend. I always wondered why she would always put me down in front of others. Im a nice person but i have a strong identity; she could not manipulate me or change who i was. She was demonically pissed whenever i would build good raport and friendships with other people. To describe how bad it was would take me a book to write. One day I made the mistake of talking to her and telling her that how she was treating me was hurting me, and that I didn't want to be her friend unless she stopped treating me like crap.... I regret that conversation for three years now. It has been THREE YEARS!!! And she still harrasses me at work. After I had talked to her. She started a severe smear campaign against me an tried her best to ruin my name and spread all manner of gossip about me. I stayed strong and did my work and tried to hold a smile even though I lost half my friends. She knew she couldn't get to me and I sure was not going back to her. In the midst of everyone at work distancing themselves from me, she tried to come into my life again. NOPE!! I wasn't falling for it.
This PISSSED her off and it was like she was demon possessed afterwards!! Everywhere I went, she would be there!!! Even on my lunch breaks. She was obsessed with me and was copying everything I would do: hairstyles, outfits, hobbies, even the way I spoke!!!! I think people started to notice that she was envious of me and started to see for themselves... finally.
I kept my mouth shut about her and kept a positive attitude at work. Eventually people started to see the truth even though it took a while. I think she anticipated me talking trash about her in return and tried to build herself into a victim, to prepare for any backlash I would have. But it didn't work in her favor. I am still dealing with her harassment, but she is very manipulative and tries to continually test to see what would bother me at work. Be careful!! People like this have to want to change!!! But they will have to see who they are first and how it affects others around them. Don't try to change a narcissist. Just walk away.

I can’t say if he’s healed or not. That’s between him and the most high. But he’s putting himself out there on social media so it’s up to other women to get with him or not. He’s not asking for anyone to give him the time of day either. What he is doing is being honest and giving life saving advice ! That’s what’s important. He’s giving the red flags and how to save yourself .
