So 22oz into four 12oz cups full of ice. Factoring in that you put 6-8oz of ice in each 12oz cup that seems about right. You are only putting 4oz of the drink in each cup. It isn't a rip off, you are just choosing to pay for ice or not. And on a really hot day that ice might be nice.
