I full-heartedly believe that a knife with a pocket catch as this one does is the fastest way to brandish a knife [pocket catch being opposite of finger flipper]

I've been a knife guy for better than fifty years, and I've never considered the provided "edge" to be anything more than "rough grind" start for one to make their own edge. I've been carrying "CRKT" for a couple decades, and this one is one of the few I've seen, that equal said knives. Very nice, thanks for showcasing this knife, I believe I will be buying one. Everyone needs a "pokerizer".

Dude, I have never heard of you, however I'm so glad I stumbled on this while surfing. I've watched a lot of knife reviews and by far you are the most entertaining and thorough knife reviewer I've seen. So glad I found this channel.

Your grandfather’s Case knife is amazing!
You mentioned the Eafengrow needed gimping on the flipper, and I’ve noticed most flipper knives have gimping. However, aggressive gimping on the flipper will make my finger raw from continuous fidgeting. Especially if finger flipping is the only method of deployment. I had to sand down my flipper on my Cogent because it was so aggressive and sharp it caused my finger to nearly bleed from continuous flipping and fidgeting. The gimping on the honey Badger is barely noticeable but enough there so your finger isn’t slipping. And here’s the thing, I play the guitar and have tough fingers. Maybe knife makers should be more aware of this when doing their gimping. lol

Morning Beez. Spyderco has the spydie flick while eafengrow has the spydie shank.🤣 This is is what spiderman brings to a knife fight.😁🔪 . A fun knife for sure. Thanks for the video. Have a great week.😊👍

My most favorites knives of all time? My Buck 446 with the 6" long folding blade and the camping, hunting and hiking knife I made around 1966 from an old WW1 US Military Machete that I removed the handle from welded an extension for the handle on and extended the handle out and made it a two hander! Phenomenal tool for whacking brush, limbs and small trees and came in handy for self defense too!

Always love hearing the stories behind why certain knives means so much to us. The fixed blade and the folder are awesome, sentimentality beats price any day. As for the Eafengrow knife it is definatly fun but not anything I would own or carry as for me it's just not practical for my needs. Thanks for the great vid Beez and keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable

My wife got me a Amazon TAC-FORCE (Fathers day) with engraved (my initials) Handle. Close to same price range.
I carry it on my belt for almost 2 years. Use it all the time. It has 0% wobble from hilt to tip.
I was very surprised to see how well it is made. I received a 2nd 1 the next year. 1 for the box. 1 for the belt.
What really got me was the can/bottle opener seat belt slicer, glass breaker. I figured they would be cheap but Not a bit,
just as well made as the entire knife.
Excellent Video. Thanks Well, I looked all thru amazon and can not find that knife, they showed others with that
Ef 970 but Not that 1.

Love how passionate you are about the knives, and also the end of your video, "...live in the present, carry a band-aid and don't cut yourself". Thanks for making me smile, especially during these crazy times.

You showed up in my feed totally outta the blue today. So whatever you're doing....the algorithms like you and you're being recommended and rising to the top of the feed for even guys (and gals I'm sure) who don't do knives every day but certainly enjoy them and learning proper sharpening / upkeep.

Excellent video. Great energy. Lots of fun. You made me want to click through to check out more than one of the examples you showed us today! Good stuff. Subscribed and looking forward to more from you in the coming days!

Cheers

I bought one (black and red) on your suggestion. I love it! All my friends want one. I’m so impressed by the craftsmanship at the price that they are all getting one for Christmas. Thanks and be safe

I have a buck knife that my grandfather carried, not my best knife in my collection but one of my favorites because it reminds me of my grandfather. You know I really don't see a reason for a switchblade anymore, modern knives open so easily they are just as fast and more satisfying in many ways.

At 1:31 I like the shape of the blade on this knife. It is very practical. I have a couple of fixed-blade knives that I modified to have a blade that shape.

There's nothing like sitting on the couch and watching BeesBlades reviews. Then adding to the list of got to buy knives. You, like always are doing great.

Your granddad was a certified badass. You don’t get a knife like that without the certificate.

Your special sentimental knives are great. You can never replace the value that they have for you! I have a Steel River spear point blade that is spring assist, it is fast! It scares people when you deploy it. I believe that they also refer to this as a stilleto blade. Great vid as always.

That is one of the coolest case fixed blade knife I have ever seen. It's probably worth some money but if I was you I would never sell it. Gorgeous knife

This popped up thinking it was new. Was stoked we had the same watch and same wedding ring, and my favorite knife is my Deviant. Then noticed it was 2 years old. But hey. Its still my favorite knife and still carry it more than probably anything else. Mine was also a gift from my wife as well.
