In the movies, Azog wins low diff. Azog was said to be the largest orc who ever lived only rivalled by his oldest son Bolg (including quote "he was larger than even the most advanced Uruk-hais, and far more bulky". He is also one of the most intelligent orcs through history and showed a sharp intellect and a mind for warfare and tactics. He also was constantly enduring the pain of his metal claw prosthesis, which is extremely impressive. He is ruthless and regularly killed his own generals for being either too incopetent or quote "to weak to serve him."

Well technically azog was just some random orc in the original Tolkien books. They just ran with his character in the movies to make it more interesting for the climax of the film. He wasn’t really a significant character in the original hobbit books.

Bro Azog wins literally all of these except range. Lurtz in the films is like a month old and shows little to no battlefield tactical ability, and even in combat relies on strength. Also, giving armor to Lurtz? He wears light armor compare to Azog’s full breastplate (though I guess going by the first two movies he does take it cuz Azog is only in a loincloth). And IQ? Again, Lurtz is zero years old with a monosyllabic vocabulary
