BJP always took Congress seriously, else they BjP would not attack them Rahul repeatedly.

Shekar Gupta is running out of ideas and creating a clutter of his own with this podcast.

Power, power and power that's all that is spoken about in this 10 minute monologue but not a single sentence on how this power is used to benefit our country. Use of words like "tadka" by him to describe Parliamentary sessions, (where sadly, ruckus, screaming and theatrics have come to dominate), actually sounds like the media would actually prefer to have (and promote) these type of theatrics rather than productive Parliamentary sessions where the future of our country is decided. That's the issue with media, all focused on power for those they support and for self, all the while giving a free pass to those faithful & close to their own ideology. Be strong, be honest, be un-hyphenated.

Does India lack talented candidates in politics? Is it fair to get one person so many chances?

Shekhar ji just 1 question. Name any one democracy where opposition leader got 4(3 already lost) chances to defeat a ruling party. BJP will lose someday its natural but if Rahul defeats BJP after 4 attempts or more it would more be BJP losing rather Rahul winning.

The question is that how long will the INDIA bloc last? Samajwadi Party and TMC and Congress are all dependent on the same vote bank, this matters more in state elections and it is 100% likely that SP and TMC will leave this bloc as soon as state elections are near and even AAP which is already showing signs. sure they got good no of seats but media is overplaying the Congress achivements, the BJP is still very strong, The BJP alone has more seats than INDIA bloc plus now that they have lost a lot of seats they will be more carefull in the next election. Most likely it will Yogi Ji vs Rahul in 2029, it will be interesting to see.

Lot of things went wrong for the bjp .
In 2029,
Will AIADMK still contest alone? They have been out of power for so long and want some influence...Bjp has nearly 7-10% vote share in tamilnadu?
Will bjp momentum continue in Telengana? In Andra, YSR still has 40% vote share. Tdp wont risk it by deserting bjp.
State government in Karnataka is getting unpopular?..Will bjp gain more ground in Karnataka?
Dalits deserted Bjp in Up in 2024. Will they come back in 2029?
Will bengal still sway in favour of TMC?
Will Akali still fight solo?Mind you they are facing crisis themselves?

very well articulated! I remember cut the clutter episode when you delved into Obama’s comments in his book on Rahul - that Rahul’s attention span is like a grasshopper. I assume you want to say that Rahul has come a long way since then.

It is one thing to become leader of opposition against a govt in its third term and battling anti incumbency. It is an entirely different thing to lead the nation. I have serious reservations about RG doing the latter as he has absolutely no grassroots, executive, or administrative experience.

Khatakhat money promise was the trigger to win seats for Congress party this time.

One may not like the BJP but Congress was desperate and down right scary. It has no vision or new ideas. It resorted to stirring up caste politics.

SG is so innocent- he really believes RaGa feels power is poison and shuns power. Actually what RaGa wants is power without accountability but SG is too simple a person to realise this. 😂

We shud be rejecting dynastic parties rather than excitedly wait for them to win.

The majority of Indians are bound together by Hinduism. They are also painfully divided by castes & languages. The BJP focuses on what binds us strongly (Hinduism) -- whereas the congress always focuses on what divides us (caste system).
