Cars like these still exist for a reason not everyone can afford expensive vehicles

I used to care about 0 to 60, but seriously between rush hour traffic, traffic lights and stop signs where I live, it wouldn't matter if I drove a Ferrari, I'm not getting anywhere faster.

I have a 2019 outlander sport. I love it. Mine is a gt trim with the 2.4 liter. I get 24 to 31 mpg constantly. It is awd, but can control the drive to front wheel only or 4wheel lock. It has all the tech I want and none of the tech I don't such as the awful engine stop start garbage. I can honestly say it's my favorite car I've owned out of about twelve I've owned since getting my driver's license.

The Outlander sport has been around for so long now that anybody looking for simplicity and reliability just can't go wrong with it.

Had one of these years ago. Thing was a tank. Climbed mountains in the thing all over the place. Only thing I didnt like was the engine, underpowered and a little slow. But if you're looking for a cheap SUV that will get you from A to B this is it. Next redesign I'm going to be getting another one. Love these little rigs.

I bought a 2022 outlander sport for full time rideshare and it's perfect. It's easy to maintain and it's reliable. I'm at 33k with zero problems.

Nice thing about Mitsubishis is that they are nowadays so unpopular, and so people don't know how cheap this thing and you won't look cheap riding one!

The 90s Mitsubishis offered a nice variety. They had the Diamanté, Montero, Galant, 3000 GT and the super popular Eclipse.

Mitsubishi is like the “Buick” of the Japanese Auto Industry. They seem to always be on the “cancellation list” as an ongoing concern….but they make it another year.

I’m really impressed with the Mitsubishi after having one for a couple of weeks. Significantly nicer and more refined than the Crosstrek in the family.

Helly Joe, I think it's a Nice Nice Mitsubishi Outlander I love the way it looks. Yeah it's not perfect but I dig the Incandescent bulbs and even though it doesn't have the most luxurious interior or the modern interior I love it.

I just bought a '22 with 7700 miles, and for the money I'm pretty impressed. I traded in an '07 Envoy Denali, and naturally the 'Bishi is a slowpoke compared to the 5.3 in the Denali. But it's really comparing apples to oranges. The Outlander is a solid driving little SUV. Some complain about the steering, but I love the fact that it is firm in the hands. There is such a thing as being too easy when it comes to steering input. I have two teenagers and an 11 year old, and they fit comfortably in the backseat. Now would I put them back there on a 20 hour drive? Of course not, but for a 5-6 hour jaunt to the beach? Sure, we might just take a few more stops to stretch. But really that would be better for me as I have a bad knee anyway. At this point I'm loving mine, just not loving the payment (this is the first car I've financed in over 10

As an older person we hate those large diameter wheels and no sidewall tires. Makes for expensive tires and a rougher ride. Remember the larger the tire the more expensive they are to replace.

It's a surprisingly good suv. We have both a 2022 outlander and 2022 outlander sport. Very durable and reliable

I have a 2022 outlander sport...I drove a taxi for 4 years (v6 and V8 engines) in SF when I was in college...this car is anything but underpowered...(There is a difference between overpowered, underpowered and just right). Yes, you will not spin out your wheels, but it has great torque at LOW RPMS...it accelerates well and I can easily overtake luxury cars on the freeway....learn physics and learn how to drive people instead of chasing big horsepower stats. Most critics do not even realize that the avergae vehicle in the late 80s and early 90s had about 100 horsepower...this thing has 148...that is morenthan enough for a typical driver.

Thanks for bringing up the two balls and Mellon holders for context. Really helps visualize the amount of space 😂
