In this video, we're going to be taking a look at how to run a threshold like a pro! I've been using training at lactate threshold throughout my career, and using a lactate pro reader to make sure the effort is at the right intensity. I'll also be giving a masterclass at my running school (see below) including tips on running form, pace, nutrition, strength training runners, and how to set big goals.

If you're wondering how to run a threshold, or how to train for a marathon, then this is the masterclass for you. In this school, I'll teach you the basics of how to run a threshold, including how to increase your speed and threshold, and how to strength train for runners. My threshold has improved from 14kmh and my most recent threshold pace was over 21kmh.

I enjoy watching and learn a lot from you. Did you go on the treadmill because of the snow? I have one at home and use it in my training. Seems to go a bit easier with speed. Do you adjust the speed compared to the road? Maybe a bit incline? I use zwift for it. I will follow you and subscribe to your content. great stuff
