I made this two days ago and I still can't get over how good it was. It's amazing! I didn't even feel like adding butter or parmesan cheese like I normally do. It was also ready in like 10 or 15 minutes.

I believe her even though the ingredients are so simple, because just olive oil with garlic is simply divine already🤤 i make my squid just with some olive oil, garlic, salt and then squeeze some lemon on top🤤😁 and omg is it good!!

My brother in law's dad used to make this for my hubb's and I all the time with peppers from his garden. I can't remember if he was from Italy, or if his parents had already immigrated here, but he was an amazing cook. I miss that man, he was one of a kind.

I had one in Torino in 2019 in an random suburban restaurant after an 8 hour ride from Grenoble France… being tired and found myself being allergic to seafood and fish in a fish restaurant.. they were the kindest and offered me preparing some antipasti and spaghetti aglio e olio which was not on the card. They finished the pasta at my table and it turned out to be the best and most tasty pasta I had in years or decades. Incredibile. Not to be compared what the average Italian restaurant offers in Germany. Ps penne a la Norma is tasty too. Greetings from Berlin
