Quick tip : First used to also insert a rectangle and decrease the transparency of it to make the text and image look good together.

But if this happens again nd again, then you can first delete the background image, then change the color of the canvas to dark. Then out the image again, and now everyone you can just insert the image and decrease the transparency of it
