None of these videos worked for me, but after much research, I figured out a solution:
1 - Open iTunes
2 - Update to the newest version of iTunes
3 - Use that to update the iOS on your iPhone
4 - Reset your phone THROUGH iTunes

Nothing else worked. This did. Good luck.
