Great video and easy to follow! Also, don't forget to remove the sim card if the phone has one and any micro SD cards. Those SIM cards can be plugged into your new phone which will transfer your plan over, if not then they can be easily destroyed.

*That norton app was unnecessary but everything else was spot on.*
You can fill dummy data after your 1st factory reset and then again factory reset the 2nd time so that recovery tools can only recover the dummy files prior to 2nd factory reset.
