Doesn't Kia'Sa need new items now? I was playing her earlier today and when I built Stormrazor and Rageblade they no longer evolved my Q and E. I think it was some rageblade nerfs but I could be wrong.

I use Kled and he's very op if you know his meta. He can 1v2 enemies (top laner and the ganker) in early game, but not only that. He is also a good pick if you want your enemy to be harassed most of the time. Anyways, this won't work unless you have a good teammate.

You've used a wrong build for ahri, if you are going to build hextech + twin shadows, then there is no reason not to pick glacial augmentation
