SpaceX Falcon Heavy Launch Shocked NASA Scientists! Elon Reacts

Just when we thought SpaceX had hit a roadblock with the recent Starship launch test failure, they're back with another mission!
In less than 2 weeks since that dramatic event, Falcon Heavy rocket lit up the skies over the space coast Sunday evening as it launched from Kennedy Space Center, carrying a communications satellite into space for ViaSat.
Heavy rain and winds have plagued the area all week, with teams having to stand down from two different attempts earlier in the week. The team called off the April 26 launch opportunity in order to complete data reviews and so an April 27 launch attempt was set with weather 60% favourable. 60% favourability quickly turned to 20% placing a launch on April 27 in serious jeopardy. SpaceX focused on an April 30 launch date. Although there were concerns about ground winds, the weather had significantly improved, enabling Falcon Heavy to successfully take off. It's truly impressive to see how quickly SpaceX has bounced back after the Starship launch test failure. Demonstrating their resilience and determination, the team at SpaceX is proving that even after a major setback, they're ready to move forward and continue pushing the boundaries of space exploration.
The ViaSat-3 Americas satellite is a 14,000-pound or 6,400 kg broadband satellite that will be operated by California-based company Viasat. Astranis's first MicroGEO satellite, Arcturus, is a 660-pound or 300 kg communications craft designed to provide data throughput up to 7.5 Giga bites per second for Alaska and the surrounding region. Meanwhile, Gravity Space’s GS-1 satellite is a cutting-edge spacecraft that aims to push the boundaries of space technology and communications.

The fact that the Starship lasted 4minutes was not a failure. The fact that the rocket even cleared the tower made it a success.

Clearly the author of the script of this video does not understand SpaceX mission or the difference between its rockets. Starship was a test article with engineering data gathered to enhance and contribute to the future modifications for that series of rockets to eventually achieve the stellar success of the Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy class rockets. SpaceX did not suffer a failure with Starship, indeed it succeeded in its goals.

Starship launch wasn’t a failure. It was a test flight.

The Starship Launch was NOT a failure. It was a test launch and the eventual "UnPlanned Disassembly" pointed out problems that will have to be addressed.

Setback? Hardly...the"setback" proved that Starship can indeed fly, and is robust enough to fly, even with damage. It's a claim that NASA can't make. .

Screw anybody that’s says launch test failure.

NASA scientists are not shocked by Falcon Heavy launch that has succeeded enough times to date! Title meant to gain views and money!

It should make rockets falcon9 about 1, 000-10, 000 rocket to launchspace.

Can't believe I made it through 2 whole minutes of this crap... before I realized what I had stepped in.

I find it curious that although this video seems very supportive of Spacex, you used the perjorative phrase, "...the failure of Spacex to launch Starship..." They obviously did launch Starship, and encountered several failures after
launch as a consequence of damage incurred on a flawed launchpad. Spacex calls these "Launch Attempts", and catalogues tons of data from each one. Please, let's not call these Herculean efforts "failures".

SpaceX hasn't suffered any setbacks. The Starship launch was a successful failure. If it had blown up on the pad it would have been a setback. I won't be back there are better channels out there.

Falcon heavy. By the way, I have difficulty communicating because I had a stroke in Broca’s area, the part of the brain that controls speech. 2/8/2021 but I lived again. (My wife helped me compose this.)

Starship was not a failure. You sound like a tool saying it was.

Falcon heavy is production, starship is research, they do not really impact each other.

So we should be able to fly west from California straight to Asian coast and, why aren’t regular plans better equipped and much better mileage and less layovers but, let’s go upward to see what we can correct and unwilling to help here at home, so much water 2/3 of earth is water… so much unknown about the water below or around the earth, no let’s go upwards into the heavenly places, dang firmament
