Hello Carl. Love your videos. Taking notes and paying attention to steal some topics for my own productivity channel ;-)

Hello. Greetings from Turkey. I follow and like your content. I've been having problems with time management for a while. Thanks to this video, I also changed my perspective and it was very useful for me. Thanks...

Hi Carl! Love your content, thank you! The system works perfectly with one-time and recurrent tasks, but I fail to understand how you use it for things you want but don't know the next action. Let's say I'm taking on a completely new task at my work with new processes etc which has a deadline for this Friday. If it's Saturday today and I'm planning my week, I only know the next step. When I put it just like that, it makes me anxious -- what if I forget to continue adding the next steps? With projects, I didn't have this problem (had many more though!). Would love if you could answer how you'd deal with this! PS I don't really schedule my work time like writing/reading etc. in my calendar because I tend to have quite a spontaneous life -- even my sleep time may vary significantly from day to day. PPS Using Todoist or Things3 sometimes. Thanks!

Prioritation isnt that another term even used in schools, universities.. as (everyone want your priority over others. Plus nobody put in time for preparation and evaluation) Overtime! (For many it even means working for free to keep up to demands, from the boss and other Co-workers doing the same or skipping corners of the adminstrative non-paid tasks). Pushed of tasks are either firefighted, or never done… or put on colleagues that nobody respects. 😂😢😂😮😂😢😂😅🎉

Carl, I've heard of a new app, over the last few days, for just this issue called TickTick. It seems to have all of the benefits of Todoist, with the ability to add your tasks to your calendar/time blocks. Have you tried it?
