Instant pot yogurt! No sugar and adding only fruit. I have been eating salad most lunches and just added red peppers. I feel good!

Thanks Dr. Becky! I like that you explained the hormonal effects of decreased sleep related to leptin and ghrelin. When I learned this information it became a lot easier to resist those refined carb cravings because I knew they were natural and I just needed to be more aware of what I eat and drink the following day.

You, young lady ( I can call you young because I'm 72 😁) have me hooked on salads. I load them with multiple veggies of all kinds of colored veggies. I've just recently started eating a salad a day and often time for dinner. I'm going to have to give you an a+ for that😊

For years I've read, in many different places, that commercially raised berries are some of the fruits most heavily sprayed with chemicals... Two of those at the top of the list are strawberries and blueberries... Trying to "clean" them is virtually impossible l!
