Checkers really isn't that bad, it really depends on the location you go to. I've never eaten at the ones in Nashville but I've had it in other locations and they are really good

A&W hot dog stands / Restaurants have been popular in the U.S since the 30's, They started the first one in Sacramento. How you have never seen one until today blows my mind. And all Checkers / Rally's are that size, they make the best French fries out of every fast food place.

A&W is Canadian, could be because it’s half KFC but there’s so many more options here, their spicy habanero chicken sandwich is amazing

I’m 58 years old and remember going to A&w as a kid. Back then they had carhops and momma papa and baby burgers the memories. Each parking spot had a menu and a speaker and the girls brought your food while wearing roller skates.
