I believe Caine died, the director filmed a alternative version of scene where he does die plus it brings the film full circle, Akira saw her dad killed and Caines daughter sees her dad killed

Problem with JW4 is that John forgot about his friends. He could easily set up that High Table will not hunt Sofia and will put Akira as Administrator on Osaka Continental. But no fuck therm

It's really time for Hollywood to give Donnie a leading role. They are always late. Bruce Lee, Jacky Chan, Jet Li and Donnie Yen have been Top action stars in Asia for a long time before finally Hollywood pick them. I really hope the end credit scene in John Wick 4 is a sign for Caine to replace John.
