You forgot to mention purple cabbage contains high contents of L Glutamine.
Which boosts repair of stomach lining along with intestinal lining repair.

I juice cabbage daily using a cold press juicer.

vegetables are far better eaten cooked. if you drink blitzed cabbage your stomach will bloat and you will be in agony for several hours. same goes for any raw veg that is blitzed.
