I'm probably in the very small minority that want the original look of the game including the brown/yellow color grading but just want it to look better with better textures and hiding some of the limitations of that period's graphics without replacing or changing the original atmosphere of the game.

Since Microsoft is making great use of their ownership of the fallout IP and not releasing a NV remake I'm stuck here watching tutorials and preforming open heart surgery on my New Vegas files to make it not look like a poor man's PS3 game.

Great video sir! Nice to finally see an uploader who can run the game at higher than 720p talking about how to make the game look better. For some reason every other person making these videos is running the game on a potato tied to a sponge. Makes no sense XD

For some reason DNW causes my fps to slow to a crawl in the Capital Wasteland. Seems to work perfectly in New Vegas. Honestly just using Clarity and Dusty Distance makes the Capital Wasteland look fantastic on its own

Nevada skies redux. Better than deasert natural weathers. Brings flavor to the game and dont look at the comments in the page giving crap to the mod because they dont bother costumizing what they like and dont like about it. It is also compatible with interior lighting mods contrary to what it says on the page.

I personally really dislike NVR cuz everything just looks way too dark and there isnt really a good way to fix it. Imo the footage at 0:12 just looks plain bad... Just my opinion though, its still cool that the makers of the mod managed to implement it into the game.

Desert natural weathers creates major screen tears and seams for some reason. Don't know what to do

I have never really been a fan of mods that take away from the “destroyed” weathered feel of the environment. It ends up feeling like a different game and I don’t like that. The dust fog mod seems more like what I would like as well as the first weather mod you showed. The first one didn’t seem to immediately take away all of the nuclear feel to the game. While still maintaining that decayed feel.
