Here is an easy progression we can all benefit from!
⭐️ Jump to hanging from the rope
⭐️ Seated foot wrap

Tips:
⭐️ Jump high! Big reach “get tall”
⭐️ Knees to Hands or as high as you can
⭐️ Utilize your foot wrap on the descent to save arms
