This is a very useful info, thanks for delivering the lecture. With the withdrawal example question #1, there was no proper or thorough explanation for that question. A simpler way to answer that question, it is to first obtain your question #2, then using that to answer question #1. The way question #1 was approached, it only teaches us just to cram the way of finding an answer for question #1, same thing as it is explained in the book.
