Thanks for this very informative video Rocky. I was watching a few videos on this topic and came across yours. The 1st country you mentioned that you might be working abroad from was Chile. Which coincidentally happens to be where I want to work from. I live in the Miami and married to a Chilean. We go visit her family every year and I have worked from there in the past just using the local networks available. I don’t want to risk getting caught by my employer so I want to set up something more secure and reliable. I am purchasing the hardware you recommended and will reach out to you when ready. This is awesome. I didn’t know about this. I only knew of VPNs. My company had its own VPN…and when I’d visit an IP address finder, it wouldn’t display my ip address nor my Internet provider… 🤔 it was blank. My company also had an offshore team in India 🤔

One thing that needs to be mentioned is that your home isp needs to provide a Static IP address.

Nice but... what if one doesn't want to or cannot maintain a flat or house in the home country ?!? The whole idea is to save on costs of living not just go on extended holiday.
