I have Charcot Marie Tooth disease. I don’t have pain, just difficulty walking. My legs have virtually no feeling. I have been doing this daily for a month. I’m walking better and I have regained some feeling. Thank you Brother Insight.

I have been doing this for 6 wks now. I have more feeling in my calves and my feet are flat on the floor. Toes are gripping slightly.
