40 hp engine adjusted for higher rpms. Testing by adding load.

The old hot bulb engine was set to a lower rpm (260) than its normal rated revs. We took an hour to make some adjustments to the governor and to increase the revs to the standard 325 rpm. This, of course, makes it much stronger. But we also gained a much better response to load from the engine, which we tested with a long plank on the belt pulley.
