This is a quick video on how to adjust the idle on an outboard motor in 60 seconds. The engine shown in this video is a Honda 40 hp engine. If the idle on your engine is to low it will vibrate, knock, missfire, and sometimes stall out. Followed your tip and now it idles great. However when I put it in great and try to accelerate now it bogs down and often stalls. Any ideas?

Thats not the iddle adjustment is just to increase the rpm to adjust iddle you have to adjust every carburetor to specs

Just got a boat and when it goes into Neutral it stalls out. Might this be the problem?

You should not adjust the rpm unless you are gonna pay for the repair to tune it
