for the last question, i used EMF= Vint + Vext because Vext would equal the potential difference across the 5 ohm resistor.
My final equation was therefore [Vext + 1.62 =20] but I get a completely different answer. Just wanted to check why this wouldn’t work?

Hi ma'am and thank you for your video, I wanted to ask why you don't use 5 ohm's but resistance in parallel instead, I'm a bit confused
