NGC mis-graded some 2011 kilo Aztek silver coins as proof when they were really proof-like according to the Mexican Mint's COA. APMEX was selling the raw coins as proof because of NGC's mistake.

Those 1/4 oz. Queen’s Beasts Gold Proofs are hard to come by. Most are sold out at Royal Mint, and the Black Bulls are 95% sold. Premiums are ridiculous, but I’m willing to take a some risk on these ones. Demand seems pretty high.
